Crossover with Jill Pasternak is WRTI's award-winning, weekly interview show spotlighting notable music and musicians. While the show centers on the worlds of classical music and acoustically driven jazz, it's not unusual to hear music and personalities from the periphery as well.
Guests have ranged from Emanuel Ax, Max Morath, Yo-Yo Ma, Joshua Bell, Pinchas Zukerman, and Sarah Chang to Cy Coleman, Billy Joel, Ron Carter, William Bolcom, Joan Morris, The Klezmatics, and Carlo Curley. The list goes and on and on with many surprises!
Totally unscripted and spontaneous, Crossover sounds like nothing else on the dial -- more like friends chatting over coffee than a broadcast interview. |
