Cowboy Composer Jett Hitt

Jill Pasternak hits the trail! Joining her is composer, teacher, and wrangler Jett Hitt, who has composed a violin concerto based on his impressions of his beloved Yellowstone National Park.

Jett has his PhD in composition and has had an extensive career in teaching and composing, but he's first and foremost a "cowboy," having grown up on the range. He currently owns and operates Yellowstone Outfitters in Wyoming, which provides guided horseback tours, including pack trips, day rides, drop camps, and fly fishing trips.
