Over the course of four days, 36 artists will create art on the banks of the Schuylkill River. WRTI's Susan Lewis explores Art in the Open - a festival that brings audience and artist together during the creative process. Works created between June 9 to 12, 2010 will be shown on June 13th at the University of the Arts.
