The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia on WRTI: Bach, Beethoven and a U.S. Premiere, March 18 at 5 PM

We’ll hear highlights from this season’s Improvisionaries series with the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia, Sunday at 5 PM on WRTI 90.1.

The concerts feature Music Director Dirk Brossé conducting a performance of his DNA in Music, featuring flutist Mimi Stillman.  It was the U.S. premiere of the work that takes its cues from DNA’s simple “nucleotides” to create four-note melodies.

Also on the program, appearances by guest conductors Sarah Ioannides and Jeffrey Brillhart. Don’t miss it!
