Big news! We’ve just launched a new classical series every Monday through Saturday night on WRTI HD-2 and our all-classical stream. It’s “Symphony at 7,” leading off with our popular Philadelphia Orchestra in Concert broadcasts every Monday night at 7 pm, plus a powerhouse lineup of orchestras and concerts Tuesday through Saturday night.
On Mondays, WRTI’s Gregg Whiteside is your host for another opportunity to hear the Philadelphia Orchestra if you missed the Sunday 1 pm program. On Tuesdays, it’s the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Wednesday nights you’ll hear the Cleveland Orchestra, Thursday evenings it’s the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and then on Friday, it’s the New York Philharmonic. Every Saturday night enjoy the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.
Plus, the Milwaukee Symphony and the Deutsche Welle Festival Concerts from Germany will join the mix at various times throughout the year.
