WRTI & Terell Stafford at Art After 5 = Fun!

TerellStafford2.jpg

Join Jeff Duperon this Friday evening, September 13 at 6 pm as he presents his program live from the Philadelphia Museum of Art.  The museum’s Art After 5 series is beginning a new season, and Temple University's own Terell Stafford has the honor of kicking it off.  Stafford will perform with The Philly New York Junction, which features Tony Miceli on vibes and Chris Farr on saxophone.

Jeff’s program will feature the great music you tune in for each week, as well as commentary from Terell Stafford.  They'll discuss a range of topics, such as the ever-changing Philly jazz scene, the trials and tribulations of the working musician, and upcoming projects.

If you can’t make it to the museum to kick off your weekend, spend your Friday night with WRTI!  Remember, even if you are out of the area, you can hear us at wrti.org.

Maureen began her radio career at WRTI in 1999 while studying broadcasting at Temple University. Determined to make it in the entertainment industry, she took advantage of all the creative opportunities presented to her at WRTI - she hosted the overnight jazz broadcasts through her entire college career, she was an arts and culture reporter, and she soaked up the jazz biz from her many WRTI mentors.
