A Visit With The Horowitz Steinway Piano

This week, we're on location at Jacobs Music in Philadelphia where we visited its celebrity  resident - the Horowitz Steinway CD 503 piano. Legendary pianist Vladimir Horowitz owned and played only this piano during his lifetime, and it is now on tour throughout the United States as a special envoy for the Steinway company.

WRTI's Jill Pasternak speaks with classical pianist Svetlana Smolina, and Jacobs Music artist-in-residence Andy Kahn (a jazz pianist), about the experience of playing this famous piano and how it impacts on their performance.
