The Crossing and The Philadelphia Orchestra Perform: Vespers of the Blessed Earth (World Premiere)
The Crossing, led by conductor Donald Nally, collaborates for the first time with The Philadelphia Orchestra for the world premiere performances of John Luther Adams’ Vespers of the Blessed Earth on Saturday, April 1 at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 2 at 2:00 p.m. at The Kimmel Cultural Campus; and on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. in The Crossing’s debut at Carnegie Hall. Donald Nally conducts Vespers and Austin Chanu conducts Stravinsky's The Rite of Spring in his debut with The Philadelphians.
