The final live concert of this season's Emerging Artists Series features the “beautifully integrated” (ClevelandClassical.com) and “technically accomplished” (The Boston Musical Intelligencer) Balourdet Quartet performing great classic works by Mendelssohn, Wolf, and Beethoven. The Balourdet, currently in residence at the New England Conservatory’s Professional String Quartet Program, has won multiple awards, including the Grand Prize at the 2021 Concert Artists Guild Victor Elmaleh Competition and top prizes in the 2021 Premio Paolo Borciani, 2021 Chamber Music Yellow Springs, and 2020 Fischoff National Chamber Music Competitions. Come hear this group of close friends share their passion for music and playing together!
