The Philadelphia Youth Orchestra in Concert on WRTI: January 10th at 4 PM

Some of the most talented young musicians in our region are members of the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra, now in its 76th season. Join us on Sunday, January 10th at 4 pm to hear The PYO's opening concert of the season, recorded at the Kimmel Center's Verizon Hall.

You'll hear Jennifer Montone, Principal Horn of The Philadelphia Orchestra, in a performance of a Russian horn concerto, plus works by Richard Strauss and Johannes Brahms, performed by the students of the PYO under Music Director Louis Scaglione.
