You’re in control of your membership information when you create a profile in the new WRTI Donor Portal
What are the benefits? The portal allows you to: update your existing sustainer payment method, increase your existing sustainer payment amount, view your donation history, update your primary address and phone number, and more.
Follow these steps to set up a profile:
- Browse to the WRTI Donor Portal. It’s a secure connection.
- Your email address on file with WRTI is your username. The first time you login you will need to create a password. Submit the email address associated with your WRTI Membership donations. An email will be sent to that email address.
- When you create your new account, look for a confirmation email from “CDP” with the subject line “Login information.” Once it arrives, open the message and follow the prompts to reset your password and complete the set up of your donor portal access.
- Login to the portal and set-up your profile using the email address associated with your WRTI Membership and your new password.
- Once you are logged in you will see four main tabs: Donor Profile, Edit Profile, My Donation History, My Sustaining Donations.
- All of your contact information that we have on file will auto-populate once you login using the email address associated with your WRTI Membership.
Please note: the “My Donation History” tab will default to this year’s donation history. If you would like to view a prior year’s donation history, then use the “Select Year” drop-down to pick the appropriate year.
